so. I havent written anything in a while, but im kind of upset so, what the hell.

Dave had a blood vessel burst in his head today and was rushed to the hospital. They then brought him over to the Lahey Clinic where they were doing all types of tests. The nurse said he had permanent damage, but they didnt know the extent. She also said he was gonna need physical therapy and speech therapy, as well. He was going in for more exams, but his family was very rude and pretty much told us to fuck off. Its sad how such a good dude could have come from such a shitty family. His brother and J kept us informed, but we had to leave. Im goin back wether they like it or not saturday afternoon. The band is a family, and im not gonna sit back watch this shit go by from the sidelines. I hope he's ok, and everything works out, but im pretty worried.

There's plenty more, but I dont give a fuck about writing all of a sudden.

Sunday night we (Throwing Shrapnel) are playing with Vital Remains and Incantaion, as you can see on the flyer. It is at 7pm and is an all ages show at the Empress Ballroom in Danbury CT. The tickets will be $12 at the door, but we have them for a lot less, any good offer for that matter. We were issued tickets too sell and we're willing too take a loss just to get rid of them, so you get a deal. Yea, I haven't posted anything besides band stuff in a while, looks like late august or so. Im bored on a friday night, so ill fill this in a bit.

Well, we had a show tonight, at the crypt in Everett, but i didnt see us in the listing online, nor on any of the other bands show listings. Sean and I figured someone probably fucked up and didnt put us on, so rather than drive all the way out for nothing, we just decided not to go. Last night we played at the compound out in fitchburg, it was an ok place, the sound guy was kind of a dickhead. He got all disturbed when sean asked if they could play Cypress Hill while we set up, and wouldnt do it.The show didnt go too bad, but i did notice, once again, we had the best crowd responce and the most people cheering us, maybe some day it will all add up and we can get the fuck out of this shithole state.

I worked down the Cape a bunch last week, it kinda sucks cause i have to stay down there while i do it, since its a 2 hours drive each way. Theres nothing like working 10 hour days and then not even having anyone around when youd like some interaction. Hey, it pays the bills, so i guess its better than not having any work at all.

We played the Apocalypse Lounge in NYC last weekend. Interesting place, a lil artsy, hole in the wall bar. The area we played in was like a basement, but i guess we've gotten used to that now. We got a really good responce and sold $100 buck or so worth of merch, so that was pretty bad ass. It was raining the whole time, so i was my usual miserable self, just wetter. I wish it hadnt been raining because i would like to have ventured around the city a bit the next day, but o well, back home, to work.

Im looking to buy a venue for live shows somewhere in providence in the near future, but shit, that stuff is expensive. Im thinking if i make a juice bar/venue then we might be able to pull it off. I wanna do it all by the book so they have no reason to shut it down. Providence is dying, and thats my favorite music scene so its killing me, im determined to do something about it. We even spoke to some people at relapse and they said they basically skip over providence now, and melt it with boston, lame. Its sad too say, that when Anne left, things started falling apart, i never realised how much influence she actually had in this area, but i miss talking to her on a personal level anyway, she was always awsome too me.

My brother is staying in florida now, which kinda bums me out, i miss the little bastard. He and i were supposed to find a place too live soon, but now obviously things changed. I hope everything works out for him, he deserves it, he busts his ass for that shit. He's around for the next couple days, maybe we can have time to chill for a bit.

Howdy, friends and bands alike...

Well, here we are again, in a few more weeks we will start back to playing shows. We're looking forward to October, and will be playing with a lot of really good bands, it promises to be a good month. We have yet to confirm any dates for the month of November, but are hoping to spread a little further out that month. Hopefully some time in NY, NJ, PA, as well as throughout New England.

This post is simply a bid for shows in or around those for-mentioned locations in the month of November. If you, or anyone you know can, and is willing, to book us, we are more than happy to return the favor with any and all local support we can give when you need the same in return.

since i wrote a real update, but now i feel the desire.

well, ive been in contact with a lot of people from my past lately, some people more than others. Friends that used to be close, ive been socializing with again, even after stupid cunt ex's make up lies to start fights (it all comes back to you in the end, people arent that stupid). I saw Jerry's Kids last night, and an old friends, new band, Enemies for Life, both were awsome, it was over at Dee Dee's. Tommy and the Terrors played too, but theres only so much skinhead rock you can take at once.

Ive entered the realm of the relationship world again, but im walking on eggshells, nothings worked out for me in the last year, so im very careful. Anyone that knows me personally has met her numerous times out anyway. Hey. im being optomistic, we'll see how it goes.(*heres a refresher, if you werent sure*)

Were supposed to record some time between now and october, then our shows will pick back up again. We're already almost book through october, but i need to find time that month to drive to Florida and pick up my brother, im sure things can work out. Once he's back ill get out of this place, go find a new apartment with him, it'll make life easier.

Our show friday was great, i had a blast, you can check out the photos on RTTP (here). We hope to play more shows like that in the future.

Theres a whole lot more, but to be honest, i dont care anymore, no enough to tell people online. Ask me in person, then maybe i'll fill you in.
